Terms & Withdrawal Policy

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all consulting contracts between SSG Study Support Germany ("Provider") and customers concluded online via this website.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded through electronic signature of the contract text and successful payment of the consulting fee. The customer receives a contract confirmation as PDF by email.

§ 3 Scope of Services & Prices

The scope of services results from the package selected. The fixed prices shown on the website at the time of booking apply, including statutory VAT.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is made immediately upon conclusion of the contract via the payment provider Stripe by credit card, SEPA direct debit, or Sofort transfer.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period begins with the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal can be declared informally by email to beratung@studienweg.de.

Early performance: If you expressly agree during the booking process that the consultation begins immediately, the right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the service.

§ 6 Liability

The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of foreseeable damage. Successful admission to a university is not owed and cannot be guaranteed.

§ 7 Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, the registered office of the Provider.
